Acceptance and Amendment of Terms

These Terms and Conditions constitute a legally binding agreement between gmp99 ("Platform", "we") and you ("Player", "Member") using the services provided through the gmp99 website. By accessing or using any part of this platform, you agree to be bound by these terms in their entirety.

gmp99 reserves the right to change, amend or update these Terms and Conditions at any time without prior notice. The latest version will always be available on this page along with the date of update. Continued use of the platform after any amendment is considered your acceptance of the updated version.

Account Registration and Eligibility Requirements

To register and use gmp99 services, you must meet all of the following requirements:

• Be at least 21 years of age on the date of registration.
• Be a private individual and not a corporate entity or third-party agent.
• Have not previously had an account closed by gmp99 due to breach of terms.
• Not be subject to any law or regulation that prohibits the use of online gambling services.
• Register only one account. Holding multiple accounts will result in all such accounts being suspended.

All information provided during registration must be accurate, complete and current. gmp99 reserves the right to request identity verification at any time and to suspend an account until verification is complete.

Account Security and Password

Players are fully responsible for the security of their login credentials. You must not share your password, username or account details with any other party. If you become aware or suspect that your account has been accessed without authorisation, you must notify the gmp99 support team immediately via live chat or our support email.

gmp99 will not be liable for any financial or gameplay losses arising from unauthorised access to your account that results from your own negligence or carelessness in maintaining the security of your login credentials.

Deposits, Withdrawals and Payment Methods

gmp99 supports various payment methods commonly used in Malaysia, including Touch 'n Go eWallet, DuitNow, online banking via FPX, ShopeePay, and cryptocurrency (USDT, BTC, ETH).

• The minimum deposit for all payment methods is RM10.
• The minimum withdrawal is RM100 per transaction.
• Withdrawal processing time is usually between 10 to 45 minutes after the request is approved.
• Deposited funds may only be withdrawn to the same account or e-wallet used for the deposit, except in certain circumstances approved by gmp99.
• gmp99 reserves the right to request proof of ownership of the payment method before processing any withdrawal.

All transactions are final once processed. Any dispute relating to a transaction must be reported to customer support within 30 days from the date of that transaction.

Bonus and Promotion Policy

gmp99 offers various bonuses and promotions from time to time. Each bonus is subject to specific wagering requirements that must be met before any withdrawal can be made from bonus funds or winnings obtained using them.

The gmp99 Welcome Bonus gives you 120% of your first deposit up to a maximum of RM300, with a wagering requirement of 10 times the bonus amount received. For example, if you deposit RM100 and receive a bonus of RM120, your balance becomes RM220 and you need to reach a total wagering amount of RM1,200 (RM120 × 10) before the bonus funds are eligible for withdrawal.

• gmp99 reserves the right to void any bonus suspected of being obtained through improper or fraudulent means.
• Players who attempt to abuse promotions or bonuses will face action, including cancellation of the bonus and account closure.
• Bonuses cannot be transferred between accounts or converted directly to cash without fulfilling the wagering requirements.

Game Rules and Player Conduct

All games on the gmp99 platform — including online slots, live casino (baccarat, roulette, blackjack, sic bo), sports betting, and 4D lottery — must be played in accordance with the rules set out. Players are required to act fairly and responsibly at all times.

The following activities are strictly prohibited and may result in immediate account closure without refund of any balance:

• Using bots, automated tools, or other unauthorised systems to place bets.
• Exploiting technical errors, system disruptions, or weaknesses in games to obtain unauthorised gains.
• Any form of collusion, unauthorised cooperation between players, or attempts to manipulate game outcomes.
• Using funds derived from illegal activities or attempting to launder money through the platform.
• Opening or operating an account on behalf of another person or third party.

Account Closure and Suspension

gmp99 reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or close any player account at its absolute discretion if there is evidence or reasonable suspicion that the player has breached any of the terms stated in this document.

Players may also close their own account at any time by contacting gmp99 customer support. Account closure requests will be processed once all pending transactions are settled. Any valid net balance will be returned to the player via the same payment method used for the last deposit.
